Developer portal and OAuth 2.0

This site launched. Account owners can now create OAuth client credentials in Franpos (Settings, Get API), and you can call the API with short-lived access tokens limited to the scopes you choose. API keys are unchanged and keep working. Every endpoint, path and response shape that existed before is the same.
